Soap bubble reflects Stone House.

The Fogarty International Center held a picnic July 26 at Bldg. 16.

Event organizer Bruce Butrum waved a wand around to make bubbles, one of which was appropriately magical as it held a reflection of Bldg. 16—affectionately called Stone House—on its thin, shimmering and very fragile surface.
