Walk, Run to Celebrate National Minority Health Month

The 3rd Minority Health 5K Walk/Run is scheduled for Wednesday, Apr. 24 at 11:30 a.m. Lace up your sneakers and grab a colleague to walk or run in recognition of National Minority Health Month. There will be music, food trucks and opening remarks by newly appointed deputy assistant secretary for minority health Capt. Felicia Collins. 

The event will take place on the main campus in front of Bldg. 1. Don’t forget your NIH ID (the course goes outside the perimeter fence). Register today at https://nimhd.nih.gov/contactform/registration-form02.html.

The event is jointly sponsored by the National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities, the Office of Research Services and the Recreation and Welfare Association’s Fitness and Wellbeing Program.
