‘Week of Making’ Symposium To Feature Fox, June 20

The National Week of Making, June 17-23, celebrates the ingenuity and creativity of the diverse community of inventors in the Maker Movement. Celebrate the National Week of Making at a symposium, “Making Health: Inspiring Innovative Solutions for Research and Clinical Care,” with a special presentation from Susannah Fox, HHS chief technology officer. The symposium will take place Monday, June 20 from noon to 1:30 p.m. in Masur Auditorium, Bldg. 10. The event is free and open to the public. No registration is required. The NIH Library will also host several events and training classes highlighting a variety of 3-D printing and modeling software and 3-D printers available for use at the NIH Library.
