Public Service Recognition Week Still On

Public Service Recognition Week May 3-9, 2020 banner

Yes, Public Service Recognition Week is still on! Now, more than ever, it is appropriate to recognize the work of our nation’s government employees.

Collins holds his Public Service Recognition Week pledge.
NIH director Dr. Francis Collins displays his PSRW pledge in May 2019.

During this week, you have an opportunity to share your pride in public service. One way to do it is by participating in NIH’s photo campaign for Public Service Recognition Week.

Here’s how it works:

  • Take a photo with your completed “I Heart Public Service” whiteboard template, which can be found on OHR’s Public Service Recognition Week page (https://hr.nih.gov/about/events/psrw).
  • Post your photo on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram using the following: #NIH, #PSRW and #Proud2ServeUSA. #NIH allows NIH to find our employees.

If you have any questions about PSRW at NIH, contact NIHPSRW@nih.gov. You can also send your photo to be posted on NIH social media outlets.
