NIH Signs MOU with Korean Health Industry Officials

Dr. Lawrence Tabak, performing the duties of NIH director, and Dr. Cha Soon Do, president of the Korea Health Industry Development Institute (KHIDI), signed an MOU that in part relaunched the Korean Visiting Scientist Training Award (KVSTA) program. 

KVSTA offers fellowship awards to support biomedical and behavioral research projects in NIH laboratories by young Korean early-stage postdoctoral researchers. 

Applications are due June 1.
