‘Pride in Federal Service’ Event Closes Month of Activities, June 28

The Pride flag flies on NIH’s Bethesda campus in front of Bldg. 1. For the first time, the Office of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion’s Sexual and Gender Minority (SGM) engagement committee, along with Salutaris and the NIH SGM Employee Resource Group, hosted a gathering during the raising of the Pride flag in observance of Pride Month on June 1.

The Office of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) will host an event, “Pride in Federal Service” on Wednesday, June 28 from 1:30 to 3 p.m. in Wilson Hall, Bldg. 1

The hybrid live/online event will feature a talk followed by a question-and-answer session. Individuals who need sign language interpreting and/or reasonable accommodation to participate should contact Bali White at bali.white@nih.gov or call (301) 594-0155.
