  • Bhattacharya Begins Tenure as 18th NIH Director

    ​​​​​​​Dr. Jayanta “Jay” Bhattacharya took the helm as NIH director on  April 1. Bhattacharya, who previously held a tenured professorship at Stanford University, has focused his research on population aging and chronic disease.
