Webinar on Improving Efficiency of Prevention Research, Apr. 15
The Office of Disease Prevention (ODP) will hold a Methods: Mind the Gap webinar with Dr. James Wagner on Wednesday, Apr. 15 at 2 p.m. His topic is “Improving the Efficiency of Prevention Research Using Responsive and Adaptive Survey Design Techniques.”
Wagner is a research associate professor at the University of Michigan’s Survey Research Center. His work is in the area of survey non-response, including indicators for the risk of non-response bias and adaptive/responsive survey design. He is the co-author of a new book (2017) titled Adaptive Survey Design. Wagner is also associate director of the Michigan Program in Survey Methodology.
