Members and staff of the House freshmen working group on addiction visited NIH on the afternoon of Sept. 9 to learn about the HEAL (Helping to End Addiction Long-term) Initiative and tour labs whose technology is helping advance addiction research. Seven of the group’s 36 members made the visit, which opened with a meeting with NIH leadership.
