Remember to Take Employee Survey

Don’t forget to take the 2016 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS). The survey opened at the beginning of May and will remain open until Thursday, June 16. NIH is committed to continuously improving as a place to work and as an agency that sets standards of excellence in medical research; this is your opportunity to provide candid feedback on your work experience, organization and leaders.

Eligible NIH employees (full- and part-time permanent, non-seasonal employees, hired on or before Oct. 31, 2015) should have received an email invitation from the Office of Personnel Management containing a unique link to participate in the survey. Look for a message with the subject line “2016 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey - Empowering Employees. Inspiring Change!” The survey takes 20-25 minutes to complete and responses are confidential.

If you have any questions or difficulties accessing the survey, call the OPM Survey Support Center (toll-free) at 1-855-OPM-FEVS (1-855-676-3387) or email the NIH Office of Human Resources at NIHFEVS@mail.nih.gov.
