Last-Minute Y2K Information

For information about NIH's overall readiness for the Y2K rollover weekend, visit the NIH Y2K Web site at http://y2k.cit.nih.gov. Questions may be emailed to y2k@nih.gov.

CIT's customer support desk at 59-GO-CIT (594-6248) will be open the following expanded hours before and after Jan. 1, 2000.

Jan. 2   8 a.m.   8 p.m.
Jan. 3   6 a.m.   9 p.m.
Jan. 4-7   7a.m.   8 p.m.

ORS Support

For police and fire assistance, contact the NIH Emergency Communications Center by dialing 911 for emergencies (on emergency phones with the 214-exchange, dial 115 for NIH Police and 116 for fire or rescue) and 496-5685 for nonemergencies. The NIH Police and Fire Departments will have additional staff for New Year's weekend.

Employees are requested to use normal reporting procedures for facilities-related issues over the New Year's weekend. To report facility-related problems to ORS 24 hours a day, use the following numbers:
