At the 9th annual Taste of the Caribbean on July 6, two restaurants, the Taste of the Caribbean and Sunrise Caribbean Restaurant, served favorites such as curry goat and shrimp, jerk chicken and rice and beans to hungry NIH’ers.

The event was held on the Bldg. 31A patio. Several vendors were also on hand.

The lunch was sponsored by the Caribbean Association at NIH and the R&W Association, in partnership with the Caribbean American Chamber of Commerce of the Greater Washington Area Network and Reginald F. Lewis Museum of Maryland African-American History and Culture.
