FEVS Now Open through July 22
The FEVS 2022 is now open for all federal employees.
The 2022 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) is currently open and will close on Friday, July 22. The anticipated government-wide survey is managed by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and gives eligible federal employees an opportunity annually to provide confidential feedback about their work satisfaction, organization and its leaders and work/life balance.
In the past few years, participation in the FEVS has grown by almost 30 percent as leaders across NIH began to prioritize the survey and its data transparency, making pivotal changes based on employee feedback.
FEVS is available to full- and part-time permanent, non-seasonal employees, on board on or before Nov. 19, 2021. Contractors are not eligible to participate in the survey.
If you are eligible, check your inboxes as well as Junk and Deleted folders for email from OPM with the following header:
